I am finally getting around to writing about our all round exceptional experience at Jerry Whittle. New to the world of boat ownership, my husband and I were intimidated and had a lot to learn. We had done some research on our own but were unsure on what type of boat we would be best suited to. Jerry Whittle was our third stop and while looking around we were approached by Gary Jackson who from his initial introduction was nothing short of amazing. His approach is gentle and informative, and he gave us so much time, was patient, never pushy and explained options and differences in boat types and motors. He is extremely knowledgeable, explains pros and cons to every boat type and made recommendations as to what boat is best for our needs. Once we made a decision, he held the boat and nothing was finalized until we had been out for a trial run with Paul on the lake where everything was explained and we were happy. Paul was patient and never rushed us. Elizabeth in finance was efficient and professional and everything went smoothly. We did have to bring the boat back after finding a small issue, it was quickly resolved by the service department and all is good. Suffice is to say that our overall experience at Jerry Whittle was nothing short of amazing. We were treated with respect and courtesy throughout.
