Mark in the service department was a life-saver when my husband and I started having mechanical issues on our pontoon boat while on Cedar Creek Lake. Our boats motor would not start and we drifted to a neighbors dock. Mark helped us out over the phone and was so patient. Found out the problem - it was us not the boat:). Thank you Mark!
